Locum Manager

Locum Manager is a web-based locum booking and tracking system which is supplied free to all trusts on request. Key Features Include:

• Web based bookings manager
• MSO maintains full control of all bookings
• Autonomy with contract control
• Manages preferred supplier timescales
• Monitors compliance and highlights non-compliance and contract leakage from preferred suppliers
• Highlights absence, sickness and vacancy trends, allowing permanent recruitment needs to be assessed (as opposed to use of locum)
• Remain independent whilst working as a hub
• Generates on line management reports of all Trust locum activity (inc. other agencies)

Out of Hours Service

JCJ offer round the clock service. We have a manned ‘out of hours’ service which operates as follows:

The service boasts:

• 30 full time staff working on the out of hours team at any given moment
• Ability to fax or email a full doctors file for consideration 24 hours a day
• Week on week, JCJ fill 95-100% of all out of hours bookings received
